青檀嫩枝扦插繁殖技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 以河沙为扦插基质,以2年生青檀母树上的当年生枝条为扦插材料,以不经任何处理的插穗为对照,研究ABT1、ABT2、特效生根粉、IBA四种激素不同浓度(250、500、1 000 mol/L)和不同处理时间(10 s,2、4、6、8 min)及生根原粉溶液对其扦插的影响。结果表明,250 mol/L生根原粉溶液喷洒插床处理的青檀嫩枝扦插成活率最高,达85%;其次为对照处理,成活率为60%;激素处理的插穗成活率相对较低,扦插成活率为10%~50%。生根原粉溶液处理的插穗平均生根数达18根,平均根长为7.25 cm,优于其它处理。 With river sand as cutting medium and annual shoots from 2- year- old mother tree of Pteroceltis tatarinowii as materials,the influences of different concentrations and treating times of 4 kinds of hormones,ABT1,ABT2,special- effect ABT and IBA,and solution of rooting raw powder on cutting effects were studied using cutting woods without any treatment as control. The results showed that the survival rate of Pteroceltis tatarinowii treated with 250 mol / L solution of rooting raw powder was the highest,which reached to 85%;followed by control treatment with the survival rate of 60%; the survival rates of hormone treatments were relatively lower,which ranged from 10% to 50%. The average root number of cutting woods treated with solution of rooting raw powder reached to 18 and the average root length was 7. 25 cm,which were superior to other treatments.
