山东省新型农村社区建设的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on Construction of New Rural Community in Shandong Province

建设新型农村社区是破除城乡二元体制、构建城乡一体化发展的重大战略举措,是解决"三农"问题、全面建成小康社会的重要途径。本文通过对新型农村社区建设与城乡一体化发展的探索和研究,分析了山东省新型农村社区建设的经验及存在的问题,对山东省通过新型农村社区建设推进城乡一体化发展提出了意见和建议。

To construct a new rural community is a major strategic initiative to get rid of the urban- rural binary system and build the urban- rural integration development,and is an important way to solve the three agricultural problems and build a well- off society in an all- round way. Based on the exploration and study on new rural community construction and urban- rural integration development,the experience and existing problems of new rural community construction in Shandong Province were analyzed. Then the opinions and suggestions to promote the urban- rural integration development through the construction of new rural community were put forward.
