摘要
斜屋面具有天然的排水性,施工中对斜屋面的防水重视程度通常不及普通屋面。斜屋面防水工程中,渗漏是质量通病。通过工程实例,对斜屋面阴阳角交接处,局部结构层和檐沟外纵墙处等渗漏部位的渗漏原因进行了分析,提出了相应的治理措施,加强防水方案设计、施工质量控制和施工组织管理较好,解决了后期工程斜屋面渗漏的问题。
The emphasis of inclined-roof waterproof was usually less than ordinary roof because of its natural waterproof. But in the waterproof of inclined roof , the leakage was the common faults. Causes of Leakage for inclined roof by roof comer,local structure layer and the outside wall under eaves gutter were analysed based on an engineering practice. Precautionary measures were pretended by waterproof design, construction and management. The leakage of waterproof was solved.
