摘要
为了研究工作面回采期间粉尘的分布规律,在山西某煤矿X1324工作面回采期间测定了呼吸性粉尘、全尘和其他粒径粉尘的浓度。得出如下分布规律:进风巷各类粉尘浓度在30 mg/m3左右;粉尘浓度在采煤机组下风侧5 m处达到最大值,其中呼吸性粉尘浓度最大值453.7 mg/m3,粉尘全尘浓度最大值550.09 mg/m3,其余粒径粉尘浓度最大值在550~600 mg/m3之间;回风巷处各类粉尘浓度明显降低,但比进风巷粉尘浓度高,辅回风巷粉尘浓度先增加后减小,在距离工作面330m处浓度达到极值,在此之后逐渐降低。主回风巷中分成浓度在很小范围内波动。
In order to study the distribution of dust in the coalface, the concentration of total dust, respirable dust and other sizes of dust were measured at a coal mine in Shanxi. The results were analyzed and show that in the intake roadway the concentration of various dusts are 30 mg/m3 ; the dust concentration is at its maxi- mum 5 m downwind of the coal cutter and the maximum levels of respirable dust, total dust and other sizes of dust are 453.7 mg/m3, 550. 09 mg/m3 ,550 ~ 600 mg/m3 respectively; the concentration of various dusts that is even higher than the intake roadway' s reduce obviously in the return way; the dust concentration increases gradually and reaches their maximum values at 330 m, then decreases slowly in the auxiliary return roadway. The concentration of dust fluctuates in a small scope in the main return roadway.
