摘要
以“科学性、可行性、发展性、有特色”为思路,以国家有关政策和规定为依据,从考核目标、考核对象、考核年度、考核内容、考核指标与评分标准、考核结果及处理方面,构建地方医学院校临床医学硕士专业学位研究生导师动态考核体系,期望可为相关体系的建设和发展提供建设性意见。
Based on the idea of science, feasibility, development and characteristics; and the poli- cies or regulations of our country, we try to discourse the dynamic assessment system of clinical medicine master degree tutors from the assessment aim, assessment objects, annual evaluation, assessment content, assessment indicators and scoring criteria, and the results of the assessment and treatment. We hope our works can provide some constructive insights for the construction and development of dynamic assessment system on tutors.
