以岗位胜任力为导向的医科院校人文社科课程实践性教学改革研究：以《现代汉语》课程为例

第三军医大学《现代汉语》课程坚持以岗位胜任力为导向，认准课程的功能定位，对传统汉语教学内容进行精简、融合及提升，帮助学生树立规范使用语言文字的意识，确立汉语文化认同感。让医学生学习和鉴赏古今中外文学作品及著名叙事医学文本，提高其道德情操，唤起其同理心和对共情的应答。在口语基础理论的指导下，对医学生进行科学、系统、严格的口语表达技能以及有效医患沟通技能训练，从而促其兼具人文精神和科学精神。

＂Modern Chinese＂ course in the Third Military Medical University adhered to post com-petency oriented function for curriculum. It simplified, merged and enhanced the traditional Chinese teach-ing content, to help students to establish a standardized use of language awareness, and establish a sense of cultural identity, which helped medical students learn and appreciate literary works from all countries and famous narrative medical text, improved their moral sentiments, and aroused their empathy and empathy for the response. Under the guidance of the basic theory of spoken language, scientific, systematic, strict oral expression skills and effective doctor-patient communication skills training were carried out for medical stu-dents, so as to cultivate medical students＆#39; humanistic spirit and the scientific spirit.
