摘要
对动力驱动系统单体18650锂电池采用"恒流-恒压"的充电方式,通过对单体18650锂电池充电曲线以及相关数据的分析,得出了单体18650锂电池在充电后期(恒压阶段)所充入的容量占总容量的比例很小,而且所用的时间很长,充电效率很低的结论。所以对充电时间进行了限制,以不同倍率的电流进行1 h的充电,记录下电池的端电压、容量和时间,得出以0.5 C倍率的电流对单体18650电池进行充电,充电效率最好。
The 18650 lithium cells for dynamic drive system were charged by constant current under constant pressure. Based on the analysis of charging curve and relevant data of 18650 lithium cells, it is concluded that the proportion of the charged capacity in the total capacity is small at the late charging stage (constant phase) with a long time and a low charging efficiency. Therefore, during the charging period, the cells were charged at various charging rates for 1 h, and the voltages, capacities and times were recorded, it is concluded that the charging efficiency is the best when charging 18650 lithium cells at 0.5 C.
