摘要
动力蓄电池作为纯电动汽车的动力来源,是提高整车性能和降低成本的关键一环,其温度特性直接影响电动汽车的性能、寿命和耐久性。针对锂离子电池在低温环境下放电容量低及单体之间温度不均匀的问题,合理设计了电池包结构,选择合适的热管理方式,保证电池包内各个单电池工作在合理温度范围内的同时尽量维持包内各个电池及电池模块间的温度均匀性。
As a power source of pure electric vehicles, power battery is the key to improve vehicle performance and reduce the cost, and the temperature characteristics affect the electric vehicle performance, longevity and durability directly. Because the lithium-ion battery discharges the low capacity at low temperature and has uneven temperatures between cells, the battery pack structure was designed rationally; the appropriate thermal management was selected to ensure each single cell in the battery pack work within a reasonable temperature range and try to maintain temperature uniformity within each battery packs and battery modules.
