摘要
目的:研究黄嘌呤(XA)和次黄嘌呤(HX)在钙黄绿素聚合膜修饰电极上的电化学行为。方法:单线扫描伏安法。结果:在钙黄绿素修饰玻碳电极上,XA和HX的氧化信号得到显著增强,其氧化峰电流与XA和HX的浓度在0.5~60μmol/L范围内呈良好线性关系。结论:该电极对XA和HX的氧化具有良好的电催化特性,可用于实际样品中XA和HX的同时测定。
Objective: To investigate the electrochemical behavior of xanthine( XA) and hypoxanthine( HX)on poly( calcein) modified glassy carbon electrode( PCA/GCE). Methods: The linear sweep voltammetry method was used. Results: The oxidation peak current for XA and HX on PCA/GCE increased significantly compared with that on GCE and were linearly related to the concentrations of XA and HX in the range of 0. 5 ~ 60 μmol/L. Conclusion: PCA/GCE displays superior electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidations of XA and HX. This electrode could be used for the simultaneous determination of XA and HX in practical samples.
