儿童非典型畸胎样/横纹肌样瘤中抑癌基因BRG1的表达及意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨BRG1基因在儿童中枢神经系统非典型畸胎样/横纹肌样瘤(atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor,AT/RT)中的表达,分析BRG1基因在AT/RT鉴别诊断及发病机制中的生物学意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测13例AT/RT组织中BRG1和INI1的表达。结果 BRG1在13例AT/RT组织中均呈阴性,INI1在13例AT/RT组织中有1例阳性,INI1阳性者中BRG1呈阴性。结论 BRG1在AT/RT中表达缺失是该肿瘤生物学特征,可作为AT/RT鉴别诊断有用的标志物;BRG1有助于鉴别INI1阳性的AT/RT患者;BRG1在AT/RT中表达缺失可能是肿瘤发生的又一重要线索。
