摘要
从送检的疑似多杀性巴氏杆菌感染的水貂中分离到1株病原菌,经培养特性、形态观察、生化试验、PCR鉴定等,确定RC1108菌株为血清A型多杀性巴氏杆菌。水貂回归试验表明,该菌株毒力较强,最小致死剂量为2.5×10^8CFU。制备的灭活疫苗在含菌量为1.5×10^9 CFU/m L时,即可在免疫后第21天提供保护。表明,该分离菌株可以作为水貂血清A型多杀性巴氏杆菌疫苗的候选株。
A pathogenic bacteria was isolated from minks which were infected with suspicious Pasteurella multocida.A isolated RC1108 strain was Pasteurella multocida serotype A,which was identified by the culture characteristic,morphology,biochemical test and PCR.Minks regression test showed that the minimum lethal dose was 2.5×10~8CFU and the isolated strain had strong virulence.The inactivated vaccine(The concentration was 1.5×10~9CFU/m L) could provide immune protection after 21 days.So RC1108 strain can be used as a vaccine candidate strain of mink Pasteurella multocida serotype A.
