某回流管道与阀体出现砂眼的理论分析与对策

摘要 中海石油(中国)有限公司某平台生产水前滤水罐通过自动调节阀开关控制回流污水流量,以稳定罐内液位。而由于管线布局设计缺陷,调节阀门频繁动作导致污水冲击管道内截留气团,造成阀门及管道多次出现砂眼刺漏,存在安全环保生产隐患。通过建立水流冲击管道内滞留气团模型并进行水击压力计算,分析频繁出现砂眼刺漏的原因,并通过针对性的自主改造设计成功解除了此处隐患。 On one of the offshore platforms of CNOOC, the level of pre-filter water tank is controlled by automatic regulator to maintain its stability. However, due to design defect, frequent adjustments of valve will result in air sac(s) withheld in the pipeline impacted by sewage pressure, damaging the pipeline and the regulator, and causing sewage leak. It would be a serious environmental threat and safety risk. This paper establishes a mathematical model of water pressure impacted dash air sac(s) in the pipeline, and analyzes the reason of pipeline damages. Besides, the pipeline was redesigned based on the mathematical model for solution.
