转叶式液压舵机特性分析

The Particular Performance Analysis of Hydraulic Type Rotary Vane Steering Gear

针对金属密封型(动态软基硬密封)转叶式液压舵机的滑舵问题,通过对船舶舵机的分类、工作特点、操舵模式等进行分析,阐明了转叶式液压舵机有其缺点却应用广泛的原因,并通过剖析该类型舵机油腔结构设计特点,结合造船实例,得出了舵机滑舵现象与液压油腔密封型式的关系,进而提出几点优化方法。

Aiming at the rudder slide problem of metal seal type （dynamic rigid seal of soft base） hydraulic rotary vane type steering gear, this paper analyzes types, working characteristics and manoeuvring rudder modes of steering gear and illustrates the reason why hydraulic type rotary vane steering gears have been widely used despite of their shortcomings. By illustrating designing characteristics of hydraulic oil chamber, it finds out the relation between rudder slide and seal type in oil chamber by integrating real ship building cases. In the end, it presents several optimization methods for the rudder slide problem.
