摘要
中海石油(中国)有限公司某平台受注聚返出物影响日益明显,在清罐作业后投用仅5个月罐内再次出现大量含聚浮渣,多次造成注水增压泵全停应急事件。针对注水缓冲罐面临的"危机",提出注水缓冲罐顶部进行开孔的改造设想。通过查阅相关文献及多次现场试验,并结合优化施工手段,最终成功实现了注水缓冲罐在线适应性改造,达到了含聚污水处理方式的"降本增效"。
Due to the increasingly negative impact of the polymer flooding, there has been a mass of oil residue mixed polymer in injection water surge tank on some offshore platforms of CNOOC. Since the last tank cleaning five months ago, it had caused the accidental-stop of water injection booster pump for many times. Therefore, we presented a proposal that making manholes on top of the injection water surge tank in response to the crisis. Through reffering to literature and ex- periments, we have accomplished the task of modification of the injection water surge tank. It makes sewage treatment more efficient and economic.
