食用土当归总有机酸的抗炎镇痛作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的比较食用土当归Aralia cordata Thunb.的总有机酸与醇提取物的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀法观察抗炎作用;采用热刺激致小鼠疼痛法、醋酸致小鼠扭体法观察镇痛作用。结果食用土当归总有机酸对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀具有良好的抑制作用;并能减少醋酸致小鼠扭体的次数,提高热致痛小鼠的痛阈;与醇提取物相比无显著性差异。结论食用土当归总有机酸也是抗炎镇痛的有效部位。 AIM To compare the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects between total organic acids and ethanolic extract from the roots of Aralia cordata Thunb. METHODS The model for acute inflammatory reactions of xylene-induced mouse ear edema and albumin-induced rat paw edema were performed on the anti-inflammatory experiment. The method of hot-plate test and acetic acid-induced writhing in mice were used for the analgesic test.RESULTS Total organic acids from the roots of A. cordata showed significant inhibition to xylene-induced mouse ear edema and albumin-induced rat paw edema,decreased the writhing times by acetic acid-induced and enhanced thermal stimulation threshold in mice. Furthermore,there was no significant difference between the total organic acids and ethanolic extract from the roots of A. cordata. CONCLUSION Total organic acids also have significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
