摘要
目的:通过检测卵巢肿瘤患者尿液中miRNA-200c-3p表达水平,探讨尿液miRNA-200c-3p对卵巢肿瘤诊断的意义。方法:收集14例卵巢肿瘤患者的尿液样本,其中8例良性卵巢肿瘤与6例恶性卵巢癌患者,并选取6例健康人作为对照。采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测尿液中miRNA-200c-3p表达水平。结果:14例上皮性卵巢肿瘤组的miRNA-200c-3p表达与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性卵巢肿瘤组、良性卵巢肿瘤组和对照组尿液中miR-200c-3p含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.062)。ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.821,miR-200c-3p对于卵巢肿瘤的诊断灵敏度和特异度分别为63.7%和86.7%。结论:尿液中miRNA-200c-3p可能对卵巢肿瘤具有一定的诊断意义。
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic significance of urine miRNA-200 c-3 p in ovarian tumor by measuring its different expression levels. Method:Urine was collected from 14 patients with ovarian tumor, including 8 benign ovarian tumors and 6 malignant ovarian tumors,and 6 healthy controls. The relative expression levels of miRNA-200c-3p were measured by quantificational real-time polymerase chain reaction assay ( qRT-PCR) . Results:The expres-sion levels of miRNA-200 c-3 p was significantly increased in ovarian tumor group than that of healthy group(P〈0. 05). While we found no statistical significant among the malignant tumors, benign tumors and healthy controls by one-way analysis of variance(P=0. 062). The AUC (ar-ea under the curve) of ROC curve was 0. 821. The sensitivity and specificity of miRNA-200c-3p for diagnosing ovarian tumor were 63. 7% and 86. 7% respectively. Conclusion:miRNA-200c-3p can potentially serve as a biomarker for ovarian tumor detection.
