摘要
在宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄种植基地,由于当地的土层砂石比较多,并且有的块径也特别大,影响葡萄的种植、生长和培育。针对当地的土质特点,结合人工对砂土石分离的操作过程,本设计通过对土石分离的要求和原理进行研究,设计了一套笼式砂土石分离施肥一体机,本设计主要包括动力部分、传动部分、行走部分和分离混料部分等。该机器可以实现砂土石的分离和农家肥底肥施肥的自动化,极大的提高了葡萄种植过程中整地效率和施肥的均匀性,为后续葡萄的种植提供了较好的土壤条件。
There are a lot of stones, some of them are especially very big, in the sandy soil in the grape cultivation base stated near to Mountain Helan of Ningxia. This kind soil layer usually affects the planting of grapes. In order to change this kind soil layer and help people to separate the stones from the sandy soil easyly, we designed a kind cage style machine to separate the stone from the sandy soil and aplly fertilizer automatically. This machine mainly includes four parts, power section, driving part, walking parts and the seperating & mixing part.
