摘要
本文在对铸铝合金整体叶轮的材质、造型特点以及应用环境进行充分分析的前提下,对叶轮制造成型的过程进行了深入的研究,提出了一套高效制造叶轮的工艺方案,经实践应用,并取得了预期效果。
In this paper, the impeller manufacturing process is deeply studied under the premise of full analysis of the material,modeling characteristics and application environment of the cast aluminum alloy impeller, and a set of high efficient process scheme for manufacturing impeller is put forward, and the expected results are achieved.
