摘要
本文在维修涡轮增压器主机时,针对水下特殊工况条件下的性能进行了仿真计算并与台架试验结果进行了验证。特别是对柴油机在高真空、高背压及负载突变等特殊工况下的性能计算预测,与试验台架数据相比较取得了令人满意的结果。计算结果对柴油机的维修、性能预测及管理使用具有较大的指导作用。
In the repairment of turbocharger engine, aimed at the performance of underwater special working conditions, this paper uses the simulation calculation to verify the bench test results, especially for the performance of the diesel engine under special conditions such as high vacuum, high back pressure and load sudden change. Compared with the bench data, the results are satisfactory. The calculation results have great directive function to the maintenance, performance prediction and management of the diesel engine.
