By exploring the development strategy of the state-owned key enterprises under the background of new era, and the models of capital management under guidance of this development strategy at different stages, the paper summarizes China＇ s commercial bank＇s trading banking service schemes for state-owned key enterpises, analyzes the bottleneck of China＇s commercial banks in the development of banking business; it＇ s stated that it＇ s necessary for China＇ s commercial banks developing banking business to do well in the top-level design, strengthen innovation in product development, achieve the whole procedure intervention and provide information services, return trade financing and cash management business to their nature of banking transactions, so as to meet comprehensively diversified customer demand for financial services from state-owned key enterprises.
