数字货币国际监管的发展动向及对我国的启示

The Development Trend of International Supervision over Digital Currency and Its Implications to China

随着现代化信息技术的发展,以"比特币"为代表的数字货币迅速兴起。数字货币的使用提高了交易的便利性、降低了成本,但其匿名性、跨区域的特点也为有效监管带来了巨大挑战。从数字货币的国际监管举措入手,着重阐述英、美等世界主要国家对数字货币的监管做法和经验,并结合我国现状提出政策建议。

With the development of modern information technology, digital money represented by ＂ bit coin＂ has risen rapidly. The use of digital currency improves the convenience of transaction and reduces the cost, but its characteristics of anonymousness and regional coverage have brought great challenges to the effective regulation. Starting with the international regulatory measures for digital currency, this paper focuses on the regulatory practices and experiences in the major countries, such as in Britain and the United States, and puts forward some policy recommendations based on the current situation of China.
