摘要 从现有碳排放权交易机制出发,假设虚拟电厂参与清洁发展机制交易,而常规机组参与碳排放权交易市场,分析了两者由于碳排放、备用、发电成本等方面具有互补性而形成的合作空间,并采用Shapley值法分配合作收益,研究了碳排放模式、虚拟电厂对可再生能源的预测精度、碳排放价格等因素对虚拟电厂与常规机组的合作影响,为虚拟电厂与常规机组合作谈判提供了一种定量分析的方法。 By starting from existing carbon emission trading mechanism,it was assumed that virtual power plants participated in the clean development mechanism and conventional units participated in the carbon emissions trading market.The cooperative room of virtual power plants and conventional units was analyzed which was formed by the complementarity of carbon emission,reserve and generating cost and the cooperative benefits were allocated by Shapley method.The effects of carbon emission model,the accuracy of power forecasting and carbon prices on the cooperation of virtual power plants and conventional units were studied. A quantitative analysis could be provided for cooperative negotiation between virtual power plants and conventional units.
