摘要 介绍了国内外水泥窑协同处置固废烟气中二恶英排放的研究进展,从技术工艺和生命周期评价的角度阐述了利用水泥窑协同处置固废的特点和优势,同时列举了近年来我国推广该技术所面临的问题和可能的解决方法。通过比较不同固废种类、不同固废处置量和不同除尘器种类等情况下水泥窑窑尾烟气二恶英的排放水平,总结了水泥窑可能的二恶英生成区间和生成机理。表明,水泥窑协同处置技术不仅能够有效地缓解固废围城的困境,还能够有效地减少二恶英在环境中的存在量。 The emission behavior of dioxins from cement kiln at home and abroad when co-processing of solid waste was introduced. The characteristic and advantage of co-processing technology were analyzed in the perspective of technical process and Life Cycle Assessment( LCA). Moreover,the problems to promote this technology in recent years were concluded and the possible solutions were also provided. The emission levels of dioxins with different types and amounts of solid waste co-processing were studied. Furthermore,the types of dust cleaning equipment were also regarded as an important influencing factor to dioxin emission. The results above could be used to find out the possible formation zone and mechanism of dioxins. In sum,co-processing solid waste in cement kilns could not only effectively alleviate the plight of the siege of waste,but also could largely reduce the amount of dioxins which exist in the environment.
