摘要
针对切削废液传统处理方法效率低下,不能满足实际处理需求,设计了一个预处理系统蒸发浓缩切削废液,减少切削废液的日处理量,提高处理效率;设计搭建了一个简易实验装置,探究废液在不同温度工况下的浓缩效果、浓缩效率和经济性。研究结果表明:可蒸发浓缩83.3%体积量的水分,含水率影响浓缩效率;切削废液温度越高,经济性越差。加装实验器材可实现切削废液浓缩实验台自动连续运行。
Aiming at the growing amount of cutting fluid waste,the traditional processing methods can't meet the actual demand for processing as the efficiency is low. Therefore,a pretreating system was designed to reduce the daily processing of cutting fluid waste by concentration,which could improve processing efficiency. A simple experimental device was designed and built to explore the concentration effect,efficiency and economy of the cutting fluid waste under different temperature conditions. It was concluded that the water content of 83. 3% volume could be concentrated,and the water content affected the concentration efficiency. The higher the temperature of cutting liquid waste,the worse the economy. Installation of experimental equipment,automation and continuous operation could be realized of cutting liquid waste concentration test bed.
