摘要 提出一种可应用于弧焊电源的输入串联、输出并联(简称ISOP)结构的DC-DC变换器。该变换器采用两个全桥结构的逆变电路进行串联。因此,主电路的开关器件可选用高频特性好但耐压值较低的场效应管,可进一步提高电源的逆变频率,并降低电源的成本。电路的核心器件——高频变压器采用两一次侧两二次侧的四绕组共铁心的平面变压器,这种形式的变压器可强制使串联的两个输入滤波电容均压。逆变器的输出端采用双胞平衡电抗器做为滤波电感,确保电源两路输出电流的均衡。介绍并且分析了此变换器的均压、均流机理,最后给出了实验结果。 This paper presents an Input Series Output Parallel DC-DC converter which can be used to the arc welding power source. The converter uses two full-bridge inverter circuits in series. Thus, can choose the MOSFET as the switching components of the main circuit, this kind of component has a good high-frequency characteristics but lower tube voltage value. The inverter frequency of the arc welding power source can be further improved and the cost can be reduced. The Planar Transformer is the core device of this circuit which consists of four windings and a magnetic core. This kind of transformer may force the voltage of the input filter capacitors in series to equalizing. A symmetrical winding balancing reactor is used to the output filter inductor of the inverter, ensuring a balanced between the two output currents. Describes and analyzes the mechanism of voltage and current equalizing for this inverter, the experimental results are given in the end of this paper.
