摘要 针对2 mm厚的ABS塑料板进行加压感应焊接可焊性试验,观察分析成形较好的试件横截面形貌,并测试其力学性能。研究表明:塑料板采取搭接方式能够实现良好的连接;最优工艺参数为加热电流800 A,加热时间10 s,保温时间4 s,保温电流300 A。获得的焊接接头的最大抗拉剪载荷可达2.70 k N;点焊接头有三种断裂模式。断裂发生在热影响区、远离焊缝处以及焊缝处。 The weldability tests on 2 mm sheet of ABS plate were carried out by induction welding with pressure. Observed and analyzed the well formed cross-section of the specimen morphology, and its mechanical properties were tested. The research found that a good connection could be obtained by the lap way of the plastic. The optimal parameters of welding were heating current of 800A, heating time of 10 s,soaking time of 4s,soaking current of 300 A. The tensile shear load of the welding joints reached 2.70 kN. The joints had three fracture modes. Fracture occurred in the heat .affected zone, away from the seam and seam.
