摘要
为研究紫薇扦插生根过程中营养物质含量及抗氧化酶活性的变化,以清水为对照,用IBA300 mg·L^(-1)处理紫薇嫩枝插穗基部1 h,测定扦插生根过程中的营养物质含量和抗氧化酶活性的动态变化。结果表明,IBA处理的嫩枝插穗和对照相比,各营养物质含量和抗氧化酶活性的动态变化趋势大致相近。可溶性糖含量总体呈上升-下降的变化趋势,前期含量比对照高且峰值早于对照出现;淀粉含量基本呈下降-上升-下降的变化趋势,其峰值早于对照出现,但含量低于对照;可溶性蛋白含量大致呈下降-上升的变化趋势,含量总体略高于对照;SOD活性大致呈上升-下降的变化趋势,含量高于对照;POD活性总体呈上升-下降的单峰曲线变化趋势,含量总体高于对照。IBA处理可提高嫩枝插穗中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及SOD、POD活性,加速淀粉降解,有利于不定根的形成。
The nutrient content and antioxidant enzyme activities were studied during the rooting process of Lagerstroemia indica cuttings soaked in IBA300 mg·L^-1 for one hour. The pure water treatment was CK. The resuits indicated that a similar trend of the nutrient content and antioxidant enzyme activities existed in IBA-treated and CK cuttings. The soluble sugar in softwood cuttings showed an "up-down" trend, which was higher in IBA-treated group than in CK and the peak appeared earlier than CK. The starch content was in a "down-up- down" trend, which was lower in IBA-treated group than in CK and the peak appeared earlier than in CK. The soluble protein showed a tendency of"down-up", which was slightly higher in IBA-treated group than in CK. The SOD and POD activities showed the same tendency of"up-down", which were higher n IBA-treated group than in CK. IBA could increase the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and the activities of SOD and POD in soft- wood cuttings and accelerate starch degradation, facilitating the formation of adventitious roots.
