摘要
为阐明多胺及其抑制剂对干旱胁迫下李幼苗叶片叶绿素总含量、光合指标(Pn,Gs,Ci和Tr)和游离态多胺(Putrescine:Put,Spermidine:Spd和Spermine:Spm)含量的影响,以‘秋姬'李为试材,设置6个处理(CK,Drought:Dr,CK+Spd,Dr.+Spd,Dr.+MGBG和Dr.+MGBG+Spd),处理60 d后检测李幼苗叶片叶绿素总含量、光合指标和游离态多胺含量。结果表明,干旱胁迫下,李幼苗叶片中叶绿素总含量和光合指标下降,3种游离态多胺含量上升;多胺处理促进了干旱胁迫下3种指标的上升;抑制剂处理降低了干旱胁迫下游离态多胺Spd和Spm的含量。多胺可通过提高干旱胁迫下李幼苗叶片的光合性能和3种游离态多胺的含量,提高李幼苗的抗旱性。
In order to clarify the effects ofpolyamines and their inhibitor on chlorophyll content, photosynthetic indexes (Pn, Gs, Ci and Tr) and the contents of free polyamines (Putrescine: Put, Spermidine: Spd and Spermine: Spm) in the leaf of ‘Qiuji' plum, six treatments (CK, drought, CK+Spd, drought +Spd, drought + MGBG and drought +MGBG+Spd, The total chlorophyll content, photosynthetic indexes and the contents of free polyamines in the leaf of ‘Qiuji' seedling were detected 60 days after the treatment. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic indexes decreased and the contents of free polyamines increased under drought stress. Three in- dexes increased after the polyamine treatment. The Spd and Spm contents were decreased with the inhibitor treatment under drought stress. The polyamines enhanced the photosynthetic performance and the contents of three free polyamines in the leaf of the plum seedlings under drought stress. Thus, the ability of the plum seedlings to drought resistance was promoted.
