摘要
为满足导管架平台钢严格的成分性能要求,在C-Mn系钢的基础上添加一定量的Nb、V,通过严格的冶炼、连铸、轧制和正火工艺,研制开发了厚度60 mm DH36导管架平台钢板并进行了批量生产。性能检测及统计分析表明,钢板厚度1/4处屈服强度≥374 MPa,组织细小均匀,韧脆性转变温度达到-40℃以下,焊接接头的强度、韧性和止裂性能均满足用户要求。
In order to meet the strict requirements fur composition and performance of steel plate used on jacket platform, the DH36 Steel Plate with 60ram thickness is developed. By adding a certain amount of Nb and V alloy into C-Mn series steel, the strict process of smelting, continuous casting, rolling and normalizing were applied. Properties tests and statistical analysis shown that the yield strength on 1/4 thickness of this kind of plate is more than 374 MPa, microstructure is refine and union. The DBTT is lower than - 40 ℃, the strength, ductility and crack arrest property of welding joints can all meet the requirements of customers.
