选矿工艺系统技术改造与生产实践

摘要 山东金岭矿业选矿厂通过改造粗碎及筛分工序、升级破碎机及结构改进,对粗碎系统进行了优化;通过改造粉矿湿式预选工艺、改进预选筛分工艺、应用自动化系统及浮选系统扩容,对磨选系统进行了改造;用干式磁选机水冷自冷电磁磁滑轮、采用组合式双筒永磁磁选机等对磁选系统进行升级。改进后,年生产铁精粉能力由30万t提高到120万t,年经济效益1 705万元。 The coarse crushing system was optimized in Shandong Jinling Mineral Beneficiation Plant by transforming coarse crushing and screening process, upgrading crushers and structure improvement, and reformed grinding separation system by reforming powder ore wet primary process, improving primary screening process, using automation system and the expansion of flotation system, and upgraded the magnetic separation system by using dry magnetic separation machine cold water from electromagnetic magnetic pulley and adopting combined binocular permanent magnetic separator. After above improvement, the production capacity of iron ore concentrates was increased to 1.2 million tons from 300 thousand tons and the economic benefit is 17.05 million Yuan per year.
