摘要
影响超细氢氧化铝质量的主要因素为铝酸钠溶液苛性比αk、溶液Al2O3浓度、种子系数、分解温度等,选择4因素5水平的正交试验L25(5^4),根据试验结果确定的用砂磨法种子铝酸钠溶液制备氢氧化铝的最佳分解工艺条件为:铝酸钠溶液αk 1.7,溶液Al2O3,浓度120g/L,种子系数20%,分解温度75℃,可制备粒径1-2μm的超细氢氧化铝。
Main factors affecting the quality of super-fine aluminum hydroxide are the caustic ratio αk of sodium aluminate solution, the Al2O3 concentration, seed coefficient, decomposition temperature, and so on. Orthogonal experiment L25 (5^4) of 4 factors and 5 levels is chosen. According to the test results, the preparation of aluminum hydroxide by sodium aluminate solution and sand grinding method seeds, the best decomposition process conditions are as follows: the αk 1.7, the predominate Al2O3 concentration of 120 g/L, seed coefficient of 20%, the decomposition temperature 75℃. The preparation of uhrafine aluminium hydroxide with particle size of 1-2 microns can be made.
