高炉返矿替代烧结矿在干法除尘转炉冶炼中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了日照钢铁控股集团有限公司根据转炉炼钢条件变化,采取调整转炉炉料结构、优化工艺操作等措施,对干法除尘转炉系统配加高炉返矿进行可行性试验。生产实践证明,高炉返矿替代成品烧结矿作为转炉冷却剂使用是可行的,没有出现除尘器电场跳电、泄爆阀泄爆等异常情况,每消耗1 t返矿可节省约20元的加工费用。 According to the conditions of steelmaking, by adjusting the measures such as converter charging structure, optimization process, the feasibility test for consuming return mine in BOF equipped dry dedusting system was carried out in Rizhao Steel Holding Group Co., Ltd. The production practice shows that substitute return mine for sintering ore as converter coolant is feasible. There was no abnormal phenomenon such as electric dust collector jump or explosion venting etc. About 20 Yuan of processing fee per ton can he saved by return mine.
