摘要
分析了我国造船行业所处的复杂环境以及造船用钢板的生产和需求情况;阐述了以"集团结盟、加工配送、定制配送、联合开发"为代表的四大营销模式;提出了寻求战略合作、创新合作模式、优化品种结构等营销策略。
Analysis on the complex environment of China shipbuilding industry, the production and demand situation for ship plate was made. The four major marketing models of group alignment, processing and distribution, custom distribution and joint development has been discussed. The marketing strategy of "seeking the strategic cooperation, innovating the cooperation mode and optimizing the variety structure" was proposed.
