摘要 结合山钢股份莱芜分公司生产用电的实际情况,进行峰谷平生产组织优化。遵循综合成本最低、抓住重点、注重观念理念的转变等原则,推进精益生产,用电全力避峰填谷,发电避谷填峰。通过生产组织优化,全年累计降低外购电费支出3 848万元。 Combined with the production power situation of Laiwu company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the balance production organization during the price peak and valley was optimized. Following the principle of the lowest comprehensive cost, grasping the key, changing the concept and the idea, the lean production was promoted. Electricity was consumed during price valley avoiding price peak, and electricity was generated in price peak by avoiding price valley. Through the optimization of production organization, the total annual purchased electricity expenditure of 38 million 480 thousand Yuan was reduced.
