臂式斗轮机行走机构驱动装置设计优化

摘要 针对常规臂式斗轮堆取料机行走机构驱动装置中三合一减速器驱动单元所占成本过高问题,提出了一种在不影响减速器使用系数前提下,通过调整中间传动齿轮速比,使减速器机座号降档选型以降低成本的优化方案,并对该优化方案的可行性进行了分析,对关键传动部件进行了力学校核,证明其具有很好的经济性及可靠性。 In case of the problem that the cost of the driving device in the triad reducer of the normal bracket-typed bucket wheel reclaimer is high, the paper puts forward a method which downshifts the frame number of the reducer for the lectotype to reduce the cost by adjusting the speed ratio of the middle gears without changing the usage coefficients of the re- ducer. The paper also analyses the feasibility of the optimal scheme and checks the mechanics of key driving part. It proves that this method presents advantages of economy efficient and reliability.
