Installation Design and Research of Skirt-pile Crane Sliding Contact Line

滑触线作为绕桩式起重机的一种新型供电形式,具有自重轻、不受角度约束等优势。对如何设计滑触线固定支架及有效控制安装精度进行了分析,减轻了起重机重量,解决了绕桩式起重机自由全回转的问题。

As a new kind of power supply form for the skirt-pile crane, sliding contact line presents advantages of light weight and not subject to angle constraints. In this paper, the authors mainly devises a solution for designing the as- sembly support and analyzes how to control the tolerance effectively, which can reduce the weight of crane and enable the skirt- pile crane to rotate freely and efficiently.
