摘要
鉴于国内采用的C型或O型翻车机全自动给料系统在每列车建立给料模型后,大都需要继续确定合适给料参数,因此存在给料系统建模时间过长、系数变化大、流量控制不稳定等情况,根据翻车机给料系统的组成和工作运行特性,为减少或消除一般全自动给料控制方式中的上述缺陷,提出一种给料参数智能构建、自动修正的全自动给料控制方案,从而实现翻车机全自动给料作业中给料参数的智能构建、自动修正功能。
Since the domestic C-type or O-type car dumper automatic feeding systemshould be provided with appropriate feeding parameters after establishing the feeding model for each car dumper,there several problems may exist,such as long time for establishing feeding models,large varied ranges of coefficients,and instability of flow control.Based on the composition and operational characteristics of the car dumper feeding system and with the purpose to reduce or eliminatethe defects in the normal full automatic feeding control operation,this paper puts forward a full automatic feeding control scheme which can achieve intelligent input and automatic correction of feeding parameters.Through the produciton practice,these advantageous functions are validated.
