摘要
为解决岸桥高压检修期间或者整机故障时需要动大车的问题,改进岸电接入方式,利用发电车电源作为接入电源,改造大车行走电机制动器和夹轮器控制电路,简化大车应急动作操作程序,有效降低了大车应急动作准备时间,降低了维修人员触电风险,提高了劳动生产率。
In order to avoid using cart in the intensive maintenance period or when mechanical fault occurs, the ac- cess mode of shore power has been improved by utilizing the generator car power as the access power source. The control circuit of brakes and holders of the cart walk motor were reconstructed as well so that the emergency action operation proce- dures are simplified. By using the reconstructed scheme, the emergency action preparation time was effectively decreased. The risk that maintenance staffs suffered from electric shock is also decreased, and labor productivitv is increased.
