Based on an explanation of Internet finance, the development status of credit reporting and their relation- ship, an in-depth analysis is made on the lack of credit reporting system exposed during the development of Internet finance. Some proposals are given as follows： it＇ s necessary for perfecting the credit reporting system of China to expand the coverage of the People＇ s Bank of China credit reporting system, encourage Internet financial institutions to develop the Internet credit reporting by themselves, develop the independent professional third party Internet financial credit institutions, and establish China＇ s credit reporting data mining companies.
