摘要
根据脱硫灰含水率低、流动性好的特点,现场采用称重仓储存、空气斜槽、链式提升机等设备输送方式,将脱硫灰直接加入矿渣粉成品库。整个输送系统采用粉体定量喂料控制系统进行控制,通过PLC系统连接上位机,中控人员实时控制脱硫灰的掺入量,并对累计掺入量进行记录,从而稳定控制产品质量。
According to the characteristics of low moisture content and excellent liquidity of FGD residues, the produce process adopts weighing bin, aerating air blower, chain elevator and some other conveying equipments as the transportation, and adds FGD residues to production base of GGBS directly. The whole transport system that is linked to the host computer through the PLC system, is controlled by quantitative powder feeding system. The operators in the control center can guarantee the product quality in real time while regulating the admixing quantity and recording the accumulated content of FGD residues.
