摘要
近年来随着我国城市化的发展,大型会展综合体建筑数量快速增长。国家会展中心(上海)作为典型的代表,每个展厅的面积为28 800 m^2,按照消防规范相关要求,每个防火分区面积不应超过10 000 m^2。由于会展建筑要求内部空间开阔并且大多数为开放性空间,因而在展厅内难以采用建筑隔离等常规的防火防烟分隔方式。特别对于双层展厅的上层展厅而言,由于展厅净高达到12~18 m,未有挡烟垂帘能够满足这一建筑高度,建筑防火防烟难度极大。首次采用脉冲风机控制火灾烟气蔓延,以满足防火隔离带的设置要求。通过对脉冲风机的全自动运行、远程控制运行、消防联动测试运行进行研究,解决了大空间无法设置防火隔离带的技术难题,为国内相同类型建筑防火防烟提供了新思路新方法。
In recent years, with China's urbanization development, the number of large-scale exhibition complex buildings grows rapidly. As a typical representative , each exhibition area of the National Exhibition Center (Shanghai) can reach 28 800 m2. According to the fire code requirements, the area of each fire district should not exceed 10 000 m2. Because the exhibition space inside the building requires openess and most are open, it is difficult to use the conventional isolations to exhibiting of fire and smoke partitions. Especially for the upper exhibition hall, as the hall clear height reaches 12-18 m, no smoke screen curtain can meet the height of the building. The building is extremely difficult to fire proofing and smoke proofing, fan is used for the first time to control the spread of smoke in order to meet the requirements for fire buffer zone. Through research of the full automatic operation, remote control operation and fire proofing linkage test run of the impulse fan, it can solve technical problems that the fire buffer zone can not be set in large space,and also provides a new idea and method of the fire and smoke proofing for the same type domestic buildings.
