摘要 针对暴雨径流及其污染带来的一系列严重问题,指出未经处理的雨水会对公共健康以及生态环境造成不利影响,为减少暴雨径流及其污染,应将治理雨洪的低影响开发(LID)措施充分纳入考虑。文章首先介绍了LID技术的基本概念及体系内容,在此基础上简要梳理雨水花园的概念、模拟评估及结构设计的相关研究进展。结合国内外相关研究成果,阐明当前雨水花园建设的内涵与主要矛盾,并对今后雨水花园的发展提出建议,为今后深入推进海绵城市建设提供理论参考。 According to a series of serious problems caused by rainstorm runoff and rainwater pollution, it is pointed out that the untreated rainwater has an adverse impact on public health and ecological environment. Therefore, low impact development (LID) measures to harness rainwater should be fully taken into account as a way of reducing storm runoff and its pollution. This paper first introduces the basic concepts of LID technology and systematic content, and further sorts out the relevant research progress of concept functional layout, effect evaluation and structural design of the rainwater garden. Based on relevant research results at home and abroad, the paper clarifies the connotation of current construction of rainwater gardens and principal contradictions, and makes recommendations for future development, which can serve as a theoretical reference to further promote the construction of the sponge city in the future.
