The New Normal of Deliberative Democracy from the Perspective of Internet Plus

在新网络时代下,"互联网+"使得我国的协商民主出现了以下三个新变化:一是互联网工具的创新发展,拓宽了协商民主的新平台;二是互联网新阶层的不断涌现,形成了协商民主发展的新主体;三是"互联网+"使各大传统行业与互联网进行深度融合,引发了协商民主的新模式。

Under the new network era,the ＂Internet plus＂ makes our deliberative democracy emerged following three new changes：Thefirst is the internet innovation and development of Internet tools,a new platform to broaden deliberative democracy;the second is the emerging of new Internet class,the formation of a deliberative democracy;the third is the internet which makes the major traditional industries and the Internet-depth integration,triggering a new model of democratic consultation.
