关于石油企业涉法涉诉信访问题的思考

Research on Petition Letters Concerning Law and Suit of the Petroleum Enterprises

涉法涉诉信访问题是石油企业信访稳定工作的难点和重点,要运用法治思维和法治方式妥善处理涉法涉诉信访问题。解决石油企业涉法涉诉信访问题的基本思路,一是做好与政法机关和行政部门工作衔接,推动涉法涉诉信访问题依法解决;二是建立矛盾纠纷多元化解机制,推动涉法涉诉信访问题分类化解;三是严格依法办事,规范企业管理,最大限度地从源头上减少矛盾纠纷;四是加强法制宣传教育,依法处置违法行为,维护信访工作秩序。

Letters and visits involving law and litigation are the difficulty and focal point of the pititions of the petroleum enterprises,so we need to use legal frameworks and legal methods to reconcile conflicts.The basic ideas of solving the problems are,firstly,we should do well the transition work in the field such as judicial agencies and the administration,in order to solve the problems involving law and litigation under law;secondly,we should settle the conflicts of classification and resolution by establishing and improving of diversified dispute settlement mechanism;thirdly,enterprises must act strictly according to law,and standardize the management to reduce the conflict and dispute to the maximum extent from the source;fourthly,we should strengthen the publicity and education of legal system and prosecute the illegal activities to protect orders of the letters and visits.
