摘要 为准确把握安徽省的雾霾天气状况及雾霾影响因素,选取安徽省和中部其他5省2005—2013年的评价数据,运用熵值法测算安徽省雾霾天气综合指数,并与中部其他省份的雾霾污染状况进行比较;结果显示,安徽省雾霾天气呈现"改善—恶化—改善"的动态变化特征,能源因素指数逐年下降、工业化因素指数梯度上升、城市化因素指数逐步上升、治理效果呈现"W"型动态变化趋势,安徽省的雾霾指数均高于中部省份雾霾污染的平均指数,安徽省的雾霾程度在中部6省属于比较严重的省份;依据评价结果,提出了改善雾霾的建议。 In order to accurately grasp the haze weather condition and its influence factors of Anhui province,we selected the evaluation data of Anhui province and the other five central provinces from 2005 to 2013,used the entropy method to calculate the comprehensive index of haze weather and compared the haze pollution situation with other central provinces. The results show that the haze weather shows a dynamic evolution process like "strengthenweaken-strengthen"during the sample evaluation period of Anhui province. The energy factor index decreases year by year,the industrial factor index rises in the form of gradient,the urbanization factor index rises gradually,and the effectiveness in its treatment presents the trend of "W"type dynamic change. The haze index of Anhui province is higher than the average index of the central provinces,which is the most serious in the six central provinces.We put forward suggestions to improve the haze weather based on the evaluation results.
