电弧增强磁控溅射薄膜在国产钢领中的应用

摘要 采用电弧增强磁控溅射镀膜技术对国产普通钢领进行表面镀膜处理,并将其与普通钢领、进口钢领在细纱机上进行纺纱对比试验,分析了3种钢领的成纱质量(毛羽变化),结合薄膜SEM、AFM、硬度、摩擦系数的研究,结果表明:国产普通钢领材料质量较差、加工精度较低、热处理和表面处理技术不到位,是其走熟期较长、寿命较短的主要原因.表面镀膜可大幅度提高钢领质量与使用寿命. The surface coating of domestic general steel ring was processed with arc-enhanced magnetron sputtering coating technique and it was compared with that of general and imported rings by means of spin- ning test on spinning-frame. The yarn quality (hairiness variation) of three rings was analyzed by means of SEM, AFM, hardness test, and friction coefficient test. The result showed that the quality of material for domestic ordinary steel ring was poorer, machining precision was lower, and the technique of heat treat- ment and surface treatment was inadequate, thus leading to a longer running-in period and shorter service life of the steel ring. However, the surface coating would improve the quality and service life of the steel ring to a great extent.
