摘要
针对螺纹插装式平衡阀在负载下落阶段出现的低速振动问题,探究单向阀中的节流槽形式对阀芯稳定性的影响.建立一种螺纹插装式平衡阀中单向阀阀口两种结构节流槽的三维模型,并运用经验公式和Matlab软件得出各自的过流面积,应用CFD仿真软件Fluent模拟出双三角形节流槽和三角形节流槽阀口处的流场压力分布情况.结果表明:双三角形节流槽比三角形节流槽能量损失大,更易发生气蚀,压力波动更大.说明带有三角形节流槽的平衡阀对平衡回路稳定性影响更小.
Aimed at the problem of low-speed vibration of threaded cartridged counter balance valve when the load is going down, the influence of throttling groove form in check valve on valve core stability is ex- plored, 3-D models of two kinds of valve port throttling groove in check valve core of foregoing valve is es- tablished, and by using empirical formulas and software Matlab, the flow passage area of this two forms of throttling grooves is obtained. Also with the help of software Fluent, the pressure distribution of flow field at the valve port of throttling groove with both double-triangle form and triangular form is simulated. The result shows that in the valve with the former throttling groove will have more energy loss more pos- sibility of cavitation, and larger pressure fluctuation, manifesting that a counter balance valve with trian- gular throttling groove will have less influence on system stability of balance circuit.
