摘要
人力资源是知识经济时代的战略性资源。"自我实现人"的人力资源管理理论为探析国有企业青年员工的激励机制提供了新视角。缺乏人际交往与情感交流、缺乏得到尊重与价值认可、缺乏发展空间与自我实现途径,这是国有企业青年员工激励机制存在的主要问题,为此,要从关注青年员工的心理需求、价值需求和发展需求三方面建立健全激励机制。
Human resources are the strategic resources in knowledge economy. The theory of Self-actualization provides a foundation for the excitation mechanism for young employees in state-owned enterprises. The existing mechanism is faced with the problems such as lack of personal communications, emotional exchange, respect and value recognition, development space and self-realization. New excitation mechanism should focus on the requirements of psychology, value and development as well.
