现代学徒制视域下高职学生职业素养培养的实践探索

现代学徒制具有社会力量的广泛参与、企业自发性的主动引导、"师傅带徒弟"教学形式的延续等特点,在学生职业素养的培养方面具有很大优势,能助推形成浓厚的职业氛围、邀请企业师傅进行言传身教、量身打造适合企业的用人标准、快速激发学生的职业热忱与学习兴趣、有效培养学生的职业行为习惯。应该继续利用现代学徒制,在强化职业氛围、形成职业意识、恪守职业道德、扩大职业眼界、形成职业习惯等方面作出努力。

Modern apprenticeship is characterized by social forces＇ participation, enterprises＇ initiative and extension of teaching forms, which helps to form a good career atmosphere, invite skilled workers from enterprises to teach, make out talents criteria, stimulate students＇ interest in learning and improve their professional behaviors. Therefore, we should continue to use modern apprenticeship system to strengthen the professional atmosphere, form professional consciousness, abide by professional ethics, expand the career horizons, form professional habits and so on.
