摘要
教师发展中心的建设,一方面能够对教师进行系统的培养,提高教师的能力;另一方面,能够深化教育改革,对学校的发展起积极的促进作用。本文旨在讨论高职院校教师发展中心建设的机构定位,以及完善教师发展中心的可行性建议。
Teacher development center contributes to improve teachers＇ teaching abilities by giving systematic training and plays an important role in school＇s development. This paper aims to discuss the orientation of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges, putting forward suggestions to improve the teacher development center.
